Interests

An amateur guitarist, he has been a singer-guitarist in a variety of groups, including French chanson, reggae and rock.

Noé joined Acoustique & Conseil in 2006, as manager of the Tours – Pays de la Loire office and as a partner.

With a degree in Vibration Acoustics and Signal Processing (Le Mans), he has a solid grounding in metrology and numerous project references, including vibration monitoring during the deconstruction of the EDF tower in Issy (92), the university library in Orléans (45), offices for the Caisse d’Epargne in Tours, and the ZAC Bottière-Chénaie gymnasium in Nantes (44).
